Preventative maintenance is a key component to get the full life of your bleacher. Proper maintenance prevents costly repairs and ensures your bleacher is functioning properly.

During your preventative bleacher maintenance, we:          

• Tighten all loose bolts
• Replace all missing hardware
• Secure faulty anchoring attachments
• Tighten all loose understructure bracing
• Provide lubrication where needed
• Secure all electrical components
• Tighten all loose seats and check for damage 
• Tighten all loose rails and check for damage
• Secure all loose steps and check for damage
• Thoroughly test for correct operations of bleacher
• Address safety hazards and concerns

After your preventative maintenance is complete, we offer a permanent completion tag and detailed documents for your records. All needed repairs will be detailed at this time.
